Any middle school or high school cross country runner from WV, DC, MD and VA (two teams compete in each race: MD and VA)

Seeded 5K Races

• Seeded Boys - MD vs VA
• Seeded Girls - MD vs VA

OPEN 5K Races (Varsity and JV)

• OPEN Boys MD vs VA
• OPEN Girls MD vs VA

OPEN 2.5K Middle School Races (6th, 7th, 8th Graders)

• Middle School Boys
• Middle School Girls

INDIVIDUAL RUNNER ENTRY:

• $22 for individuals until 9 am EST November 13th

FIELD SIZE LIMIT: 700

Race details and rules: Champion Chip timing for all runners. The course is a double loop 5K. There is one significant hill and the terrain is mostly cut grass. Runners may wear spikes. All registered runners must wear the VA or MD Battle of the Potomac t-shirt or singlet. USA Track & Field rules are in effect.
